Dear Sir,
I am 61 yrs old man. I am keen on doing yoga again I have practised yoga for more than 5 yrs.The problems I face to-day is I have undergone angioplasty,hence I am not sure what I can do and what I should not do due to health conditions. I am also used to doing pranayama. Could you please suggest.
